✦TERMS OF SERVICE✦
✦ The commission orders requested by forms have to agree with my Terms Of Service. I'll be selecting the commissions I wanna work with, so some of them can be rejected.✦ARTISTS RIGHTS✦• I have the right to deny any commission request depending on the commission requested and its content, clients conduct or any other problems that may appear;• The artist detain the full rights of the illustration, allowing the promotion in social media and use as a sample in portfolios and commissions examples;• DO NOT trace, copy, edit, use in GenAi, use as NFT, remove the watermark or do any modifications in the original work;• The commissions are more aimed for personal use. In case of comercial use, a fee of 50% will be charged in case of digital reproduction. If printed, a fee of 100% will be charged.• In case of personal use commissions, you don't have the right to sell my art and/or make profit of it by any terms.✦✦✦✦PAYMENT AND PROCESS✦• Payment charge via PayPal or Payoneer only;• Full payment will be required before I start the commission;• Visual reference is required. The client must have a clear vision of the artwork
from the start and provide with as many reference photos/image as possible, sending the reference images and descriptions in a .PDF, .DOCX or in a folder;• I constantly test different artstyles and this reflect in my portfolio and posts. Provide a clear style reference (from me and/or other artists) as inspiration will help me achieve what you look for and avoid unwanted surprises!• After the payment, a sketch of the order will be sent when finished;• The client have right to 3 modifications at the sketch phase. Have a clear vision of what do you want to change according to the briefing;• After exceeding the possible changes, an extra fee of 10USD for each modification will be charged.• Have in mind that every change can delay the finishing of the commission;• The finishing of the artwork can take 1 week to 5 months, depending on complexity of the commission, waitlist, number of changes ordered and personal issues. if you don't wanna wait, have this in mind;• Characters with complex design will have an extra fee, so after analysing the design I'll communicate how much will it cost;• Double price if it's two characters, triple if it's three and the list goes on;•Extra elements (animals, accesories, objects) and backgrounds will have and extra fee according to the complexity;• The client can always communicate with the artist when the requested order surpasses the available budget. In this case, the artist and the client can find a solution (a more simplified version, a work with a longer deadline, etc).
✦✦✦✦COMMUNICATION✦• The artist will comunicate about the commission processes and other updates in their social medias (Twitter, Discord, Instagram) or personally via client's DM.• I'll send a lot of WIPs showing the commission progress. The client can request it too unless it asks for it everyday;• By previous agreement, the client and artist can discuss other topics during the commission. Otherwise, private messages will be for commission only.• The client and the artist have the right to refuse any other conversation topic that's not about the commission.✦✦✦✦CANCELLATION AND REFUND✦• In case the client wants to cancel the commission 2 days after the order, 100% of the money will be refunded. The client will be added to a list of "clients to not accept orders anymore";• In case the artist cannot finish the commission by any means, the client can have a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the order;• If the client wishes to cancel the art even with no right to refund, the artist will deliver the art in the stage it has been cancelled.
